Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Program Lead to support our growing infrastructure in APAC. This person will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders and vendors in helping to develop and implement innovative solutions, consistent and compliant processes, analytics, and visibility measurements. This position requires a strong warehousing, fulfillment and inventory control background, as well as supply chain optimization experience. This role is a people manager role and requires the individual to lead, direct, coach, establish strategic direction and priorities for a team of experienced, skilled logistics professionals. This leader will guide the team as it develops, standardizes, scales, and improves the logistics plans, workflows, and tools needed to support the projected aggressive growth of the Meta infrastructure.
APAC Logistics Program Lead Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of program managers responsible for APAC fulfilment through inventory management, warehousing, transportation, asset management and service parts management.
  • Understanding the requirements and voice of the business to design, source and implement solutions to meet the current needs and future scale.
  • Stand up and operationalize logistics operations in new geographies by leveraging vendors and global cross functional teams.
  • Project management reporting, stakeholder engagement, drive change and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop, standardize and improve operational and systems logistics processes across multiple sites.
  • Own and drive APAC performance in inventory management, asset management, and product availability.
  • Responsible for logistics spend and budgeting.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years operational experience in a Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Warehousing field role, with a technology or data center industry highly preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in Warehousing and Transportation Distribution
  • Strong experience as a manager and leader
  • Able to manage different stakeholders across functions and partners
  • Ability to be proactive and collaborate cross functionally across the teams and geographies
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement experience with lean six sigma
  • Strong skills in as-is/to-be business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills that ensure concurrent tasks/project activities are completed.
  • Comfortable handling PM responsibilities (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting).
  • System proficiency with ERP such as Oracle, WMS and comfortable with data tools such as Excel and Tableau.
