In addition to developing an engaged and high-performing consultative sales team that acts as a trusted advisor to growing our agency business, you’ll be responsible for working with other teams across Meta to identify future growth opportunities to grow and expand our business across the DACH market with our agencies and clients. This is a senior Sales Manager role as part of our Meta Business Group leadership team based in our EMEA HQ in Dublin. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in leading high performing teams with an excellent ability to coach, develop and motivate team members while growing their careers. You will also have a passion for identifying new key business opportunities while helping existing agency partners succeed on our platform, create jobs and thereby grow our revenue. You will have experience in creating and delivering consultative sales operations and have strong experience representing an organisation both internally and externally. Success in this position requires you to have a passion for our company mission, for leadership, a passion for people, strong analytical skills with a focus on client consulting and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a passion for helping others achieve results. This position is full-time and located in our International HeadQuarters for Meta based in Dublin, Ireland.
Senior Sales Manager DACH Agency Business Responsibilities
  • • Lead a high-performing team who work to attract new partner agencies whilst effectively growing the base of existing agencies and clients across Meta’s family of applications and services
  • • Develop, build, nurture and manage long-term relationships with partners and ensure clients derive the maximum value from Meta’s advertising solutions, driving sales and growth across your region
  • • Develop a consultative sales strategy for your team in collaboration with your EMEA and in market counterparts and work with direct reports on short and long-term priorities for executing, measuring and sharing results that help our agencies and clients to grow
  • • As a leader you will coach, develop and motivate team members using a model, coach and care leadership style Establish team goals and work with direct reports on agency engagements in order to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • • Team development including recruiting, training, coaching, mentorship, career guidance and agile performance management
  • • Develop and lead strategic programs to grow the business in partnership with our internal cross-functional partners across creative, business product marketing, marketing science and solution engineering
  • • Provide business analytic strength to help facilitate initiatives critical to ongoing growth at market and regional levels
  • • Build trusting and long lasting relationships at the C Suite level across our Agency Partners throughout the DACH region delivering innovation that enables our agencies and clients to excel at both direct response and brand advertising
Minimum Qualifications
  • • Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written) to enable hands on daily sales coaching and personal engagement at C Suite level across DACH's key agencies and clients
  • • Experience in consultancy, client or media sales, agency, digital advertising and marketing experience
  • • Ability to build trust with clients by delivering a consultative sales approach to develop deep client partnerships
  • • Track record of inspiring, leading and developing others in a people-first inclusive culture
  • • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals, leading change and driving operational excellence through data, process & systems
  • • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry and experience with direct response advertising campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
  • • Experience working with clients to establish brand identity, credibility and loyalty with their clients via brand advertising
