Product Marketing Manager, Threads Responsibilities
  • Partner with product management and engineering to define and shape a multi-year video investment strategy and roadmap.
  • Envision and execute go- to-market plans for Threads, collaborating across engineering, product management, partnerships, operations, partner marketing and communications to test, announce, launch, & scale products.
  • Surface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that shape product direction.
  • Shape the Threads approach to text creation through audience segmentations, market analyses, and first-person research.
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of creators, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience.
  • Influence the development of products and features that support Threads and Instagram’s ecosystem of tools for expression.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 60 months of experience involving the following:
  • Business strategy or product marketing
  • Launching and driving adoption for new products and services, and owning and achieving KPIs
  • Conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike
  • Developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights.

$215,467/year to $224,086/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
