People Services Manager, Reward & Recognition

The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. The People Services Manager role will ensure the delivery of excellent People Operations across the entire employee lifecycle. This role will oversee and manage the day-to-day key People processes, ensure that we design and deliver scaled global processes that are in compliance, and provide the best experience to our employees. They will manage by data and oversee a team of People Services Leads and Specialists that manage & execute many of our critical processes on behalf of the company, as well as working closely with our internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership and management capabilities, attention to detail, a passion for outstanding customer service, critical thinking capabilities, and deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
People Services Manager, Reward & Recognition Responsibilities
  • Manage a specialist team responsible for case management and processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure best in class service delivery, designing and meeting SLAs, KPIs and excellent employee experience
  • Partner with internal and external teams (e.g. offshore vendors, IT, People Analytics, Global People Operations) to develop processes and align on goals and expectations of service delivery
  • Manage the accuracy and delivery of transactions and processes and ensure they are completed at the highest standards
  • Seek out opportunities to automate and enhance our operations to be more efficient, while keeping employee experience as the utmost priority
  • Coach and mentor a team of People Services Leads and Specialists, playing an active role in developing expertise
  • Strategize and prioritize in partnership with our stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on operationalizing HR policies at scale
  • Ensure that all operations meet regulatory and audit requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in HR and/or Operations with at least 4 years of management experience
  • Demonstrated experience to work professionally and discreetly with extremely confidential information
  • Exhibits a strategic experience, understands the overall business strategy and ensures the operational team is aligned to deliver accordingly
  • Experience planning and aligning with cross-functional and global partners to design and create a consistent employee experience at scale
  • Skills in talent development, with the experience to grow and develop a healthy team and pipeline
  • Demonstrated experience to provide customer service and continuous improvement of processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree
  • Experience managing a regional/global shared services operation
  • Experience in managing Benefits and Payroll operations at scale
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction
