Global Operations' focus is on improving the health of our products and helping people understand how to use them through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. The Workforce Solutions team achieves the best outcomes for the community, businesses and workforce we serve by bridging technology and operations. We accomplish this by identifying, developing and supporting tools and solutions that enable workforce effectiveness at scale. The successful candidate will join the team as a Product Manager, Global Workforce Solutions and will be responsible for identifying and scoping process, tooling and/or data solutions that will help transform E2E Demand & Supply Planning. We then partner across operations and cross functional teams to deliver. Once deployed, we aim to build an engaged community of product users and provide excellent support and system stability.
Product Manager, Global Workforce Solutions Responsibilities
  • Partner with a variety of engineering and operations teams to identify the highest impact opportunities to drive transformation for the E2E Demand & Supply Planning Process across GO
  • Identify, brainstorm, design, and launch initiatives to build new/transform existing Workforce & Readiness capabilities
  • Develop deep operations expertise, gather insights & prioritize requirements to create business cases to drive product and tools strategy
  • Assume overall delivery responsibility for large cross functional projects and manage projects and programs of work end-to-end from inception through to delivery
  • Ensure comprehensive and timely communication across diverse stakeholder teams
  • Partner with a variety of operations and engineering teams to roadmap tooling changes across GO, execute deployments and stand-up long term support
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of workforce management and/or complex operations experience
  • 3+ years of project or program management experience
  • Strategic thinker with structured problem solving approach and analytical skill-set, leveraging data to inform decision making
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders along with experience communicating to various disciplines and levels within an organization
  • Experience designing, building and rolling out internal support processes, building scalable internal support processes and robust governance models
  • Experience operating in ambiguity and rapid-change while developing creative solutions to difficult problems
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in large scale system integration in an operations environment
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.)
