Meta is seeking a strategic and results-driven Messaging Partner Manager in our global Ads Partnership organization. The mission of Ads Partnerships is to accelerate end client success through enabling ecosystems, partnerships, and technology solutions. The ecosystem of partnerships spans 55 countries and ranges from top global agencies to startup ad tech, creative, messaging and commerce companies in developing markets and works as an integral aspect of Meta's multi-billion-dollar global advertising business. This role will work with some of the most influential and exciting messaging partners in the LATAM region to drive business growth and innovation for advertisers and partners. This role requires an experienced business development and partnerships professional who is a self-starter and passionate about partners, products and people. Established success building C-Suite relationships and negotiating complex contracts would be an asset. This is a full-time position based in Sao Paulo.
Strategic Partner Manager, Messaging Platforms - LATAM Responsibilities
  • Own the overall revenue and operational goals
  • Act as the main point-of-contact and be the voice for Partners in the messaging ecosystem, helping them drive strategic growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize Partners' business, product, operations, and marketing with Meta's strategy and product roadmaps
  • Be the thought leader at Meta by funneling platform insights and product feedback, influencing roadmaps where necessary
  • Work with data to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams
  • Help Messaging Partners advance projects / initiatives that have highest impact on both their business and Meta’s Project manage new builds through test and launch
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones
  • Work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Translate complexity into action plans and communications, especially as it relates to the complexity of the ecosystems involved.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of partnership, business development, and / or external facing client experience, ideally from a fast-moving technology industry
  • Demonstrable experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, internally and externally, with specific emphasis on C-Suite relationships
  • Proven experience in project or product management, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel
  • Multicultural or international experience is essential for success in this role, as the Partner Manager will manage strategic partners whose business may expand across LATAM or globally
  • Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in using data to come up with executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investments
  • Prior experience in building products and technical abilities
  • Consulting and product management experience
  • Experience working in the messaging ecosystem
