The Meta Growth Paid Ads team runs digital advertising campaigns to market the Meta family of apps including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp globally. The team is looking for a Privacy Program Manager to lead the business side of the privacy & sourcing workstreams as well as own the day-to-day tactical execution across multiple internal and external partners & teams. This role will be responsible for making sure the team remains privacy compliant while also unblocking important initiatives across the program. This role will work with many partners across the Paid Ads team as well as from the privacy & sourcing teams to build out roadmaps and execute on the program’s strategy.
Privacy Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the privacy and sourcing roadmaps for the team.
  • Proactively identify, propose, and implement initiatives that improve the team’s processes, tools, infrastructure, and workflows.
  • Manage the day-to-day for multiple privacy and sourcing projects across apps by defining scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs, budgets and deliverables. You will ensure there are clear expectations, track progress, understand dependencies, and communicate status to project stakeholders.
  • Build and manage relationships with cross-functional team members both internally and externally across a wide variety of disciplines (Privacy, Legal, Policy, Sourcing, Marketing and Product Growth) to ensure a smooth process and successful project delivery.
  • Partner across multiple teams to make sure initiatives are resourced and prioritized appropriately.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in digital media and/or advertising technologies.
  • 4+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Experience working with ad technology & data flows and explaining them to cross-functional partners.
  • Communication and relationship building skills to work effectively across multiple cross-functional external and internal teams including Privacy, Sourcing, and external advertising partners.
  • Organization skills with the experience managing multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close.
