Silicon Technical Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of accountability for Silicon TPM execution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across Silicon engineering and cross-functional leadership.
  • Work with XFN team to set milestones, create integration plans and identify/address potential setbacks/risks and mitigation plans enabling definition and execution of next gen hardware products.
  • Develop schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout programs.
  • Effectively communicate program status to key cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery.
  • Drive on-time design, development and delivery of pre-silicon development vehicles including FPGAs.
  • Manage delivery of chips for development builds and ensure qualification to meet mass production timelines.
  • Ensure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 48 months of work experience in job offered or in a program management-related occupation.
  • Requires 48 months of experience in the following:
  • 1. Silicon/ASIC/IP program management
  • 2. Managing silicon product cycle from concept to delivery
  • 3. Develop program schedules, considering various silicon development process and hardware/firmware dependencies for low-power consumer silicon
  • 4. Experience using tools like JIRA, and implementing process automation
  • 5. Serving as critical liaison with external design partners through standard SOW frameworks
  • 6. Project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • 7. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead complex technical programs in a fast paced, multifaceted environment.

$245,000/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
