Technical Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional software technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions
  • Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned
  • Perform risk management and change management on projects
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned
  • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  • Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope
  • Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives
  • Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan
  • Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
  • Write code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations
Minimum Qualifications
  • Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a technical or engineering-related occupation. Experience must include 6 months of experience in each of the following:
  • Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of technical projects, including providing hands-on project management
  • Gathering business requirements from key stakeholders and converting them to technical requirements, managing prioritization with engineering teams
  • Working closely with product and engineering teams to define team needs, metrics, and key performance indicators, articulating the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team
  • Completing root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, and identify priorities
  • Excellent communication skills that include partnering with multiple cross-functional product core teams to build features
  • Programming languages: Python, C/C++, or C#
