To help with the ongoing growth of the Workplace business, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the team of Client Partners responsible for providing SaaS and Meta hardware solutions in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be aware of the potential that Workplace has to transform organisations through more natural ways to communicate and collaborate. They will have a proven track record of growing new SaaS and hardware solutions across EMEA. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, professional who can drive results through operational excellence and is able to move fast while keeping focused on go-to-market execution. This person will mentor and coach the team on strategies and tactics. This is a hands-on leadership role which requires sales and business skills to build and execute our EMEA sales plan. This person will have the primary responsibility of enabling Workplace to scale across the region and attract and retain the most valuable and active client user base on the Workplace platform. This is a full-time role and will be located in London, UK.
Sales Manager, EMEA Responsibilities
  • Build, lead and coach a team of high-performing Client Partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets in EMEA.
  • Lead operational execution for sales performance, forecasting, strategic coaching and accurate pipeline.
  • Work with marketing to assess various marketing campaign effectiveness to drive inbound and outbound leads
  • Work with Product to provide relevant market feedback
  • Market segmentation, target account setting, resource allocation
  • Analyse all stages of sales pipeline, identify and coach to gaps
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years sales management in SaaS or Hardware
  • People Management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of regional SaaS and hardware market
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • Highly analytical, deep understanding of what it takes to drive lead qualification and win rates
  • Willingness to travel within region and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing sales teams with MEDPIC or other SaaS sales methodologies
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with enterprise software start-ups, and the business of innovation
