Partners are key to Meta’s strategy and growth. We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Lead to help ensure the business can attract and retain a world-class partner ecosystem that is highly invested in taking our B2B offerings to market. In this role, the Partner Success Lead will be responsible for the programs, processes and tools that expose value to the partner ecosystem whilst correlating and ensuring partners are active contributors towards Meta’s overall growth and success. This role will require the Partner Success Lead to balance the trajectory of the business, needs of the partner ecosystem, ongoing program ownership and optimisation with the management of a team of individuals, focused on driving Partner Success.
Global Head of Partner Success, Reality Labs Responsibilities
  • Develop, align and execute a globally consistent operational framework to attract new partners and manage the current partner ecosystem
  • Working with internal teams and external vendors, deliver partner programs that optimise for recruitment, enablement and business development
  • Manage a team who can own Partner Success programs and initiatives
  • Facilitate and nurture a healthy bi-directional relationship with Meta’s partner ecosystem in order to ensure programs are optimised for long term investment
  • Own the Partner Enablement Plan and subsequent execution to ensure a scalable and robust learning environment for the partner ecosystem in order to take Meta’s B2B offerings to market with confidence
  • Identify and standardise on best practices and templates that compliment sales activities with and through partners
Minimum Qualifications
  • 11+ years experience in Channel Strategy and Programs in a software/ SaaS business
  • Experience leading Channel Strategy & programs and recruiting and leading a global team
  • Comfortable Influencing a global ecosystem of partners, delivering strategic messages towards executives and inspiring across the business
  • Significant experience in designing and building channel-related programs and frameworks, designed to support recruitment, enablement and business development of the channel
  • Able to build and execute channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting plans, aligning to business objectives, outlining milestones and delivering measurable results
  • Confident influencing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, driving projects and maintaining momentum through to completion
  • Detail-oriented and able to interpret data to produce actionable insights
  • Clear communicator with exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • High energy with a growth mindset, enjoys a start-up environment
  • Capable and willing to contribute both strategically and tactically
