We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join the FCS (Facilities, Culinary and Security) team. The ideal person will be strategic, able to act as a consultant to provide internal communications guidance to teams in our organization, whilst also being able to get hands-on and execute their internal communications plan. The ideal person will have great relationship building skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross functional partners across the business.
Internal Communications Manager Responsibilities
  • Help create, manage and execute comprehensive strategic internal communications plans locally and globally
  • Act as a consultant and provide internal communications guidance to FCS teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal communications partners from other areas of the business
  • Develop internal communications campaigns to help drive employee engagement related to the organisation’s Mission, Values and Principles
  • Provide editorial oversight for deliverables to ensure alignment with global organizational brand, voice and messaging
  • Create and manage internal employee events from start to finish (all-hands, speaker series, lunch and learns etc.) including strategy, logistics, agenda, content development, speaker prep, and more
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ work experience in Internal Communications
  • Bachelor’s degree, post-graduate or degree in communications, marketing, business or psychology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of working in a Facilities or Real Estate environment
  • Experience working internationally
  • Well organized, experience in meeting strict deadlines, and can perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment where priorities can change quickly
