Meta is seeking a Supply Planner to partner with key stakeholders to deliver hardware products and services supporting Infrastructure deployment, which includes the communication and execution of the product supply plan ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. This person will execute data driven decisions in support of day-to-day operations and fulfillment activities while tying out with cross-functional stakeholders in support of analytics, reporting, and performance management.
Supply Planner Responsibilities
  • Accountable for creating, communicating and monitoring detailed supply plans across the vendor base (forecast, commits, build plan, backlog and PO creation), ensuring business goals are achieved and driving timely & accurate supply communications.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to understand and effectively drive and execute supply priorities across the supply base.
  • Proactively track and report data for on-time delivery, fund management, risks to Demand Plan and schedule push-outs, etc.
  • Coordinates launch plans for NPI to Mass Production product transitions including previous generation products supply impact and coordination.
  • Recommend how to improve supply planning systems and processes to achieve greater efficiency & scale.
  • Work to improve data systems and develop new reporting tools & metrics to improve supply visibility & accuracy.
  • Act as a conduit between the extended Infrastructure Team on issues related to supplier inventory, ECN’s, shipments, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or supply chain management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in collecting & analyzing information, problem-solving and cross-functional role focused on the support of the team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Masters in Supply Chain.
  • Experience in hyper scale technology.
  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
  • Fulfillment operations experience (forecasting, supply planning, order management, MRP/MPS, inventory control, logistics).
  • Detail oriented, experience communicating complex problems and solutions, strong drive to collaborate, strong bias for action to close out problems.
  • Strong process/system background and proven experience rapidly understanding, using and driving improvements in new processes/systems.

$113,000/year to $160,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include the company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits , if applicable.
