Meta is hiring an Internal Communications Business Partner to support the Global Business Group, the team that partners with advertisers and agency partners to help them connect with people across Meta’s platforms and drive their marketing initiatives through advertising, messaging, and commerce solutions. GBG is a global team of 4,000 people in 58 offices and many remote locations. The Global Business Group is a team within Meta Business Group, which encompasses all of the company’s advertising, partnerships, and business enablement teams. You should have an understanding of internal communication methodologies, particularly change communication, measurement and analysis, as well as remote and in-person event production. You should be passionate about the services Meta provides, the people we serve, and the partners and businesses we support. Additional qualities that will serve you well in this role: attention to detail, agile approach to project management, aptitude for prioritization, and confidence in taking risks and thinking outside the box.
