Program Manager, Client Data Foundations Responsibilities
- Design, build and optimize infrastructure and tooling capabilities that provide essential services for monitoring data and privacy.
- Implement and scale optimal solutions to user problems using robust metrics and data visualization.
- Coordinate large cross-functional projects and manage end-to-end from inception through to delivery.
- Ensure comprehensive and timely communication across diverse stakeholder teams.
- Identify, initiate, implement, and scale programs for process improvements, new operational workflows, technological innovations with minimal guidance and support.
- Develop compelling data-backed analysis to provide practical business insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or in a program-management related occupation.
- OR employer will accept 36 months of experience in job offered or program-management related field.
- Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
- Experience must include 12 months of experience in the following:
- 1. Working with technical and business stakeholders, including leadership
- 2. Communicating and partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations, and achieving results
- 3. Setting priorities, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly/changing workplace
- 4. Managing program projects of all sizes from start to finish
- 5. Data manipulation tools (SQL)
- 6. G Suite and Platforms
- 7. Programming - Python, R Studio, HTML
- 8. Project Management.

$181,104/year to $203,280/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
