Facebook's Privacy Review Program Management team is looking for a Privacy Program Manager to support the Quality Control program with a goal of supporting consistency within the organization. This is a critical role within Meta’s privacy organization that will have visibility across the organization. In this role, you'll work with product and privacy program managers to learn about new products and assess observance of privacy principles and risk identification and mitigation. You will ensure new products and features are evaluated in line with our documented Privacy Review guidelines and standards. A successful candidate will have substantive experience working on testing and providing quality reviews on privacy issues in the technology or consumer product space. The successful candidate will also have experience with audit and compliance efforts, strong interpersonal and project-management skills, and be motivated by the opportunity to solve privacy problems within an operations environment.
Privacy Program Manager, Quality Control Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate Privacy Reviews against defined criteria to assess quality and identify issues
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality control program for all aspects of Privacy Review
  • Support creation and maintenance of proper quality control program documentation
  • Synthesize information collected to identify and consolidate lessons learned
  • Prepare reports and communications to provide recommendations for actions necessary within the organization to increase consistency and quality of Privacy Reviews
  • Collaborate with partners in data science and data engineering to develop Privacy Review QC metrics and dashboards
  • Relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional teams
  • Communicating to different types of audiences including: organizational leadership, cross functional partners, and external assessors
  • Identify trends and gaps within quality control process for mitigation/action
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in privacy, risk compliance or related field in the technology industry
  • Experience working in audit or quality assurance
  • Experience with organizing, coordinating, multi-tasking, and process-improvements in a program
  • Experience on privacy or technology law, policy, programs, or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at a software or technology company
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Policy, Political Science, Statistics, Accounting or related field
