As Business Lead on the Product & Executive Communication team, you will have the unique opportunity to be in the front seat of one of Meta’s most strategic initiatives. We have an incredibly strong team tackling some of the most important challenges the company faces. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Product & Executive Communication, ensuring that team structure and processes are sound and well-executed. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that involve functions across the organization and the company. An ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at project management, able to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks and has excellent communications. This person should be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment. While a high level of business acumen, professionalism, and discretion are required on our team, we have a down-to-earth culture and believe we can achieve great things in an environment that is both fun and supportive.
Business Lead, Product & Executive Communications Responsibilities
  • Keep finger on the pulse of VP’s top priorities, attending key meetings, ensuring progress, and keeping the VP updated and engaged in key decisions, as needed.
  • Work across teams to prepare objectives, agendas, and pre-reads for internal and external meetings and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Help draft documents and presentations, including for executive audiences.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding systems.
  • Support financial and headcount planning, and help manage and track resources as needed.
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes, including internal communications (i.e., Q&A’s, All-Hands, posts, and emails).
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, and/or project/program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in strategy, project/program management or related fields.
  • Experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, adaptable, and delivering impactful results in a highly organized manner.
  • At ease working with and presenting to senior leadership. Experience being firm with requests and ensuring follow through.
  • A demonstrated drive and experience continuously improving - both yourself and your teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating closely with teams outside of the U.S.
  • Experience working on product and executive communications.
  • Experience working on and/or closely with marketing, product, policy and communication teams.
  • Experience managing team members.
  • Experience working in complex, highly pressurized, fast paced environments.
