Recruiting for top tech talent is a key priority across Meta. This Functional Business Analytics Partners has the specific responsibility for executive search reporting. This role will closely partner with the internal executive search team to develop reporting updates and insights related to executive search engagements & results. In the long run, this is a critical consulting role that will support the future design or technology (i.e. CRM) and analytics for tech leadership recruiting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to compile, organize and present data for C-suite level audience, have an understanding of talent management specifically succession planning principles, executive search knowledge and be able to translate the unique needs of executive recruiting into technology and data requirements.
Analytical Business Partner, Meta Tech Recruiting - Executive Search Responsibilities
  • Act as key analytics consultant for executive search leaders to design and execute measurements
  • Compile data and insights into executive presentation
  • Consult and proactively identify levers and optimization opportunities across technology, process and data to enhance insights for executive search team
  • Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to managers in collaboration with relevant cross-functional teams, such as the Recruiting Insights team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive holistic executive recruiting solutions
  • Automate data collection and reporting in partnership with recruiting product team
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and create actionable recommendations
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs
  • Deliver analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences and partner with them to identify the right actions
  • Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Visier, and Excel to build and drive analytics and to enable client self-service on routine queries, as well as to design/run/deliver ongoing reporting and dashboards
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS with 7+ years (or MBA/MA/MS with 4+ years) of consulting or corporate work experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience communicating at the senior leadership level
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of People Technology landscape and tech product routines (i.e. agile methodology)
  • Experiencing partnering across multiple teams to drive long term strategic plans
  • Experience in at least one of these fields: management consulting, sales operations, finance, human resources
  • Experience gathering and interpreting data
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics and inferential statistics)
  • Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles
  • Experience in data visualization tools and Excel (complex formulas, pivots, macros, etc.)
  • Experience building dashboards using advanced Tableau functionality (e.g. data blending) or equivalent tool
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in talent management with focus on success planning and executive search
  • Experience working with cloud HR systems such as Workday and other CRM (candidate relationship management tool)
  • Experience designing product process flow and reporting
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under pressure
