The Business Learning organization is seeking an experienced learning professional to join the Cross Functional Client Engagement and Partnerships team. This role will support activating education programs for multiple cross-functional audiences within Meta Business Group (MBG) This Learning Partner will be responsible for working with global stakeholders, key cross-functional partners, and Business Learning peers to activate learning programs and assess their impact on learning priorities and employee performance gaps. They will partner with other teams within Business Learning to ensure learning needs are aligned to the appropriate learning solutions and their assigned global learner audience(s). Due to the global nature of our business, some meetings may occur outside traditional business hours, so we are seeking someone who can manage their calendar appropriately. The ideal candidate will have a media, and/or marketing background, experience running and scaling global projects related to skills development or product training, and a passion for learning and enabling teams. Knowledge on Meta’s advertising and product solutions is a plus.
Global Learning Partner, EMEA Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with an assigned audience of global learners and their teams to collaborate on intake, scoping and activation of educational content to address learning challenges
  • Lead multiple concurrent global learning projects, often times partnering with People Team peers like HR, L&D, and Meta learning organizations
  • Advise on educational needs for learners to ensure knowledge upskilling is contributing to business objectives.
  • Design and deliver educational content and programs to global learner audiences
  • Create and maintain data-driven learning effectiveness evaluations to validate current learning strategies and inform future opportunities
  • Work with peers like: Meta Solutions Experts, other Learning Partners, Solutions Curriculum Managers and Instructional Designers - among others - to deliver and maintain learning content
  • Ensure the majority of our learning content is scalable allowing for global reach and impact by including cross-audience insights during program evaluations
  • Contribute to internal team initiatives, such as content maintenance and onboarding optimization, that will drive our team forward and ensure our audience learning experience is efficient, effective and engaging
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years working experience within any of the following fields: sales operations, sales training, product training, product, or sales enablement
  • Past experience with skills development programs & frameworks
  • Experience assessing educational needs and building training content
  • Strong history of managing strategic projects with cross-functional teams, preferably with global scope
  • Crisp communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and experience driving best practices cross-functionally and globally
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decision making across multiple levels
  • Fluency with data analysis and business analytics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing, online advertising
  • Background or accreditation in adult learning theories
  • Experience working on or establishing Learning Effectiveness metrics and KPIs
  • Passion for learning and performance management methodologies and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of Meta business and advertising products
