Meta is seeking passionate Engineers who would like an opportunity to join our Discover Production Engineering Program. Production Engineers help us ensure that Meta's services run smoothly and have the capacity for future growth. The Discover Production Engineering Program is designed to offer a 12-month assignment with a Production Engineering group to develop engineering skills needed to scale services, and gain meaningful experience for the rest of their career. At the end of the term, successful participants may be considered for a full-time position as a Production Engineer. Production Engineers are embedded in every one of Meta's product and infrastructure teams, and are core participants in every significant engineering effort underway in the company. Meta is committed to increasing the diversity of representation among our Computer Scientists and Software Engineers. We build products to connect the world, and this means we need teams that understand and reflect a broad range of experiences, backgrounds, identities, abilities and many other characteristics. We strongly encourage candidates who have non-traditional career paths to apply, including, but not limited to candidates from non-tech industries, candidates without Computer Science degrees who are self-taught, candidates starting second careers, re-entering the workforce, and those who have attended bootcamp-style programming and systems courses.
