This is a people manager opportunity for the Analytics team within Workforce Strategy (WFS). The manager will lead a team consisting of Data Engineers and Data Analysts who are responsible for developing and maintaining all of the infrastructure, analytics resources and data tools necessary to enable workforce management of our business. This position will work closely with peer managers in WFS as well as cross-functional teams. Teams include Finance, HR, Recruiting, Engineering and Product and the Executives in those organizations. This manager will be accountable to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives as it aligns with our broader mission vision.
Analytics Manager, Workforce Strategy Responsibilities
  • Manage a global team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts
  • Build a high performing team which includes hiring, onboarding, mentoring, developing and coaching for team members
  • Design and maintain a scalable organization in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • Manage to enable data pipelines and models that ensure we can match, measure, and forecast key workforce metrics
  • Build models that help to better manage and understand the relationships between demand for headcount and the supply of incoming resources
  • Responsible for maintenance of existing data platforms and tools owned by our Data Engineers
  • Oversee a highly-visible team of high performers who are responsible for the streamlining of workforce systems and processes
  • Build strong partnerships and collaboration with peers, planning and programs teams, and global business partners
  • Ability to understand, collaborate and influence across cross-functional organizations
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in an analytics role
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL
  • 3+ years of experience managing or influencing a team of technical talent
  • BS/BA or above in a technical field
  • Experience with workforce systems, data pipelines, tools, or data science - with focus on infra design
  • Experience with ambiguity and applying creativity to solve problems
  • 2+ years experience building cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience influencing the strategic vision and direction of workforce management from a data-driven perspective
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with building statistical models
  • 5+ years of experience leading a workforce analytics team
  • 1+ years experience building cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience with translating findings into actions
  • Experience with data architecture and structure
