The Program Manager will play a key role in our efforts to build and scale an innovative Performance experience. This role will focus on how we give and receive feedback across Meta, set goals, and support one another in achieving those goals. Success in this role requires building a deep knowledge of our existing performance process, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, designing enhancements, driving cross-functional input, owning communication and go-to-market efforts, and measuring progress over time. They will also be responsible for assisting in the execution of the current performance process. They will collaborate with a range of partners, including HR Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, People Analytics, and People Engineering to design and support an innovative manager experience.
Program Manager, Performance Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly understand the current-state Performance experience and partner with People Analytics to continuously measure effectiveness and experience
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes related to the Performance experience, designing for inclusion and with a user-centric approach
  • Conduct ongoing research (interviews, focus groups, etc) to understand and evolve the performance experience
  • Keep all relevant teams and stakeholders up to date and aware of project/program launches and opportunities for collaboration
  • Partner with Diversity & Inclusion to drive consistency in how we evaluate performance across Facebook
  • Partner with People Engineering to develop products to support the Performance experience
  • Partner with HRBPs and executives on the roll-out and change management of the current process and new changes
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training and education materials
  • Prepare correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.
  • Display passion for Meta’s mission to bring the world closer together and just as passionate about supporting the people working to make this mission a reality
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of HR or HR consulting experience
  • 4+ years of experience in performance management, program management, or change management
  • Experience with vision setting/innovation, design thinking, problem solving, communication, relationship building, and working in a highly cross-functional and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment
  • Experience to prioritize competing needs with clear rationale and proposed solutions
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Tech environment

$138,000/year to $200,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include the company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits , if applicable.
