Our Strategic Response Team is seeking an experienced and agile program manager to coordinate complex, important, and urgent projects across functions. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience communicating and partnering at all levels of an organization, and experience working with Policy, Legal, Communications, Product, and Operations teams. Ideal candidates are highly organized, persuasive, and impact-oriented, are excited about fast-paced work, are able to address complex problems in structured and creative ways, and are skilled at synthesizing the perspectives of various stakeholders.
Program Manager, Strategic Response Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Strategic Response for all functional teams (Communications, Policy, Legal, Operations, Product, etc.) around the company for a specific topic area
  • Identify when projects are delayed, blocked or otherwise at risk, and align stakeholders on a path forward, escalating as necessary
  • Bring together key partners to drive decisions with imperfect information
  • Absorb a significant amount of information from a variety of inputs in order to help frame decisions and communicate clear updates
  • Work with partners to frame key strategic decisions for the appropriate level of leadership
  • Regularly communicate progress and challenges to leadership in the company
  • Identify any additional risks or workstreams that should be considered in order to accomplish our overall strategic goals, and tee up decisions on those workstreams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in cross-functional project/program management in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest for our mission, our community and our values
  • Experience working with all various levels of management
  • Experience driving and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
