Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Agency Investment team which manages Meta’s commercial partnership programs with global media agencies. You will partner closely with both in-market and centrally based sales teams, key Meta leadership teams, as well as other cross functional groups such as Operations, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Finance, Legal and Compliance to drive development of our global investment programs on every strategic and implementation dimensions. You will meaningfully contribute to the development of the wider commercial strategy, lead the evolution of both existing and new programs within our portfolio, drive the successful implementation of our investment portfolio across partner types and across geographies and finally be part of the team that drives momentum for our programs with our external partners. You will proactively manage multiple projects concurrently, engage different stakeholders at relevant times while keeping a wider cross-functional groups on board, always applying a commercial lens and demonstrating a deep understanding of the programs ROI and effectiveness. As well as having a proven track record in the design, project management and measurement of complex strategic programs, you will need to demonstrate strong team working and influencing skills, as this is a highly XFN-centric role.
Program Manager, Agency Investment Programs Responsibilities
  • Lead the program strategy and development for a number of existing programs as part of our investment portfolio, in line with overall business goals, investment strategy and market opportunity. This will involve deep understanding of the Meta advertising and commercial proposition
  • Lead go-to-market activities for our local investment programs. Partner with local, regional and global sales and cross-functional partners in Business Operations, Measurement, Product Marketing, Legal, Finance and Engineering teams to take our partnership initiatives to market, drive program success and optimize the performance of our investment arrangements
  • Design, execute and scale new pilot initiatives that will address key product and market opportunities and inform the future of our investment strategy. You will have end-to-end ownership of the proposition and will partner with the relevant teams to get your idea supported and implemented
  • Engage with external partners to ensure support and momentum behind our programs and gather external insight to help build our approach
Minimum Qualifications
  • Consultative and quantitative/analytical skills and proven experience to drive performance and commercial arguments through data with senior stakeholders (advanced excel skills are essential)
  • 8+ years of work experience required in Commercial Strategy, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business / Digital transformation, Strategy Consulting
  • Creative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills - ability to think outside the box and demonstrate a “can do” attitude is critical
  • Articulate, adaptable and assertive communicator. An influencer with strong interpersonal skills and work ethics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in program strategy and execution
  • Proven experience in commercial strategy
  • Knowledge of SQL would be ideal
  • Experience managing virtual / remote project teams
  • Proven experience in the media or technology industries (specifically digital media)
