The Process and Risk team is responsible for driving productivity gains and mitigating risk for the Meta Business Group. We’re obsessed with protecting the business and improving processes that make the organization safe and efficient. It’s our job to make the lives of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams easier by understanding core workflows, identifying improvements, and ensuring company and industry standards are met. We are looking for a Program Manager to manage our Ads Compliance Program. This person will partner with industry bodies to maintain accreditations across Meta’s ad products. In this role you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of compliance deliverables to ensure standards are met. You will develop deep knowledge of ads delivery and measurement solutions, industry standards and requirements, and work closely with both external and internal stakeholders across various technical and non-technical teams. All candidates should feel comfortable in an ever-changing environment in which they have to manage multiple work streams to drive concrete, actionable solutions for Meta and its partners.
Program Manager, Ads Compliance Responsibilities
  • Project manage accreditations for Meta’s ads delivery and measurement solutions
  • Partner with third party industry bodies on accreditation requirements and deliverables
  • Translate requirements to product and engineering teams, lead evidence gathering, and ensure requirements are met accordingly
  • Drive process improvement to scale the ads compliance program as needed
  • Build tooling, dashboards, analysis with technical teams to monitor requirements as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience applying critical problem solving to reduce risk and enhance operational performance
  • 6+ years experience building compliance programs, risk management programs, internal or external auditing, management consulting, technical integrations, advertising software development
  • Experience presenting complex organizational and process flow content to general audiences and senior level stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects and processes across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing external stakeholders, building relationships, setting expectations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Big 4 accounting or consulting firm experience
  • Experience with online advertising, ad delivery, and measurement systems
  • Experience with SQL, ACL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
  • Relevant certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA)
  • Understanding of MRC (Media Rating Council) requirements and accreditation process
