Meta is seeking a highly-motivated Executive Administrative Partner to work in partnership with a leader's staff, supporting complex calendar management, daily operations, logistics, and other project-based support. This role reports to the leader's Executive Administrative Partner. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and thrive in a fast-pace, high-intensity environment. This position is full-time.
Executive Administrative Partner, Office of the CFO Responsibilities
  • Complex calendar management
  • Draft and send correspondence
  • Support general office operations and logistics, and maintain tracking spreadsheets
  • Manage projects with precise attention to detail
  • Independently seek out information in a timely manner
  • Shift gears quickly to adapt to changing priorities
  • Build cross-functional relationships
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
