Are you passionate about the intersection between strategic partnerships, product development, and platform innovation? Meta is looking for a strategic and results-driven Strategic Partnerships professional who is passionate about the way Facebook Inc. can work with businesses and developers to build valuable product experiences for people. As a member of this team, you will work closely with some of the world’s most influential companies and collaborate closely with our product teams to build new platform products and features. You will also be working closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Policy, and Legal teams to further accelerate our platform mission to enable developers and businesses to grow by building innovative products and sustainable ecosystems. This role will report into the Head of North America Strategic Platform Partnerships. This is a full time position.
North America Regional Strategic Partner Manager Responsibilities
  • Influence product strategy through strategic partnerships with leading consumer product organizations
  • Define market requirements, explore new strategic 0-to-1 product opportunities, source and aggregate partner feedback, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and drive product and industry impact
  • Represent Meta in external meetings with executives from other companies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners on Meta’s Developer Platform, including driving adoption of our platform products, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, Policy, Legal, Marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships
  • Displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience with product development, partnerships, or technical experience in consumer technology companies
  • Experience in business development, strategy, partner management, and product development
  • Partner management experience with leading businesses and developers at senior leadership and C-suite level
  • Experience defining, developing and leading projects
  • Fluency in English, communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Meta’s Developer Platform across Facebook and Instagram, and knowledge of their strategic and competitive positions
  • Background in digital media, identity and authentication services, and new platforms
  • Experience managing platform partnerships with leading businesses and app developers
  • Experience building APIs, digital products, and developer ecosystems
