As the Branded Content Partner in APAC, you’ll play an essential role in re-inventing the way brands connect with culture and communities, through branded content initiatives on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the next set of Meta ad platforms. You will be the pivotal link between the Creative Shop team and storyteller partners (networks, publishers, digital creators, talent etc), responsible for identifying and engaging with new storytellers in response to advertiser briefs, managing this relationship throughout the process. As part of the APAC Creative Shop, you will support our creative teams when developing branded content campaigns, leveraging our tools and industry opportunities. This is a role that brings together the worlds of entertainment, content, mobile and brand building. You should have a deep knowledge of the storytelling industry and experience in mobile branded content and you’ve probably got a background in entertainment/publishing/influencer marketing. You're creatively driven, but a project manager/business developer/producer at heart; you’re a pro-pitcher, networker and closer. Your passion for the power of creativity, along with your skills in developing creative approaches to solving problems will be a great addition to the superpowers of this team. Branded Content Partner, Creative Shop APAC Responsibilities
  • A vast network across Asia Pacific working with Creators, Makers, Influencers, Talent & their agencies, and Publishers & Entertainment in the Branded Content sphere and applying it to advertising.
  • A deep knowledge of the storyteller industry to support our creative teams when developing mobile branded content campaigns, leveraging our tools and industry opportunities. This is a role that brings together the worlds of production, content, entertainment, mobile, strategy and brand building. Specific key knowledge of influencer marketing & publishers.
  • A true pioneer, highly entrepreneurial, chock-full of ingenuity and deeply passionate about developing and producing truly world-class content that clients invest behind to transform their business & delight users.
  • A self-starting innovator who pays attention to the industry to build a framework and ecosystem of content in Asia with our regional lens.
  • Play a key role in business development including fueling the prospective client / project pipeline, collaborating with Creative Strategists and XFN Partners to identify and vet prospective projects and participate in client pitches and presentations. Manage, communicate and strategize across internal and external organizations to gain buy-in to collaborate with content creators, influencer agencies, publishers and storytellers.
  • Stay abreast of best-in-class content creator partners and technical solutions that can be leveraged by the team.
  • Develop production talent, team capabilities and a business infrastructure to scale this function/offering.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Focused: You are a fast learner who hits the ground running, balancing multiple projects at once
  • Project Management/Delivery: You can manage complex projects with a focus on time and budget management
  • Partnership: You have experience working x-functionally, managing and communicating across internal and external organizations to gain buy-in
  • Initiative: You have a drive for continuous development and often jump-start projects, as well as an ability to multi-task and move fast
  • 8+ years of experience working with branded content (publishers, creatives, advertisers)
  • Excellent communicator: You can distill complex information into a simple pitch, in a room, on a whiteboard, or in a document
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a mobile first mindset and experience producing in the mobile first space
  • Experience working within complex, often ambiguous, environments
