We are looking for a Site Lead to help organise and coordinate our Leamington Spa based games studio. This person will support the overall site with an expanding office of over 60 people. Our team is committed to building the Metaverse alongside Meta through creator economies and collaborative creation of user-generated games and experiences in our creation platform, Crayta.
Site Lead Responsibilities
  • Maintain day-to-day office operations, including handling visitors and working with internal and external partners to provide office facilities and advocate for our team
  • Drive the local office welcome / new hire experience, including programme refresh, site tours and day to day management as well as work with hiring managers to deliver a bespoke onboarding experience as required
  • Organise and facilitate site events, exec visits, and major studio meetings and celebrations
  • Support company-wide social events, including planning, logistics, execution & success measurement
  • Support the Site Team in the preparation & execution of local events e.g. All Hands activations, Q&As, Guest Speakers, desk drops etc
  • Drive specific projects with significance to the health of site
  • Coordinate staff use of the office, including maintaining and supporting the layout and seating plan
  • Manage vendor relationships and administration used for the smooth running of the office, including handling expense reports and purchase orders
  • Partner with XFN teams and acts as escalation path for office related issues, concerns, feedback and suggestions and triage accordingly in partnership with the Site Team, Facilities Team, and Human Resources
  • Maintain and manages site wikis
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
  • 2+ years of experience with events, office management, or facilities management
  • Experience prioritising multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a game studio
  • Experience working with international teams across time zones
  • BA/BS in a related subject
