Meta’s Business Partner program helps developers and businesses build products that make marketing easier and more effective. The Partner Solutions team accelerates customer success by understanding their needs, activating partner solutions and connecting customers to the right partners. The Partner Solutions Manager will be part of a team responsible for driving the adoption of partner solutions across North America working closely with Meta top tier sales teams and Meta clients. The role will also identify and articulate opportunities for partner product innovation across key industry verticals and sales channels. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption among our largest advertisers. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of using advertising and marketing technology solutions to meet business objectives.
Partner Solutions Manager, Auto/Financial Services/Travel Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to accelerate revenue growth, enable technological capabilities and accelerate product adoption by leveraging Facebook Business Partners
  • Drive executive communications and alignment with Sales leadership & cross-functional stakeholders to set the partner vision and go-to-market strategy by audience segments
  • Work directly with clients and key internal stakeholders (sales leadership, account managers, marketing and product teams) to understand client needs and identify market opportunities to shape the development of partner enabled solutions
  • Develop a sales enablement strategy to drive adoption through the sales teams channels via content, training and analytics
  • Partner closely with training resources to lead, design, and participate in training programs to further partner product knowledge within sales and drive adoption of partner solutions
  • Create strategic plans across the portfolio to drive adoption of key partner enabled solutions and grow both revenue and value created for customers
  • Track KPIs of solution adoption, client wins and performance across different verticals and report to stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Liaise with the Business Marketing team on building scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication including collateral development
  • Liaise with the global partner management teams to ensure the optimum mix and combination of partners are present and servicing markets to achieve and contribute significantly to sales/advertiser objectives
Minimum Qualifications
  • Project management and quantitative/analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with communication and influence skills
  • Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
  • Experience of analyzing complex business problems and presenting technology solutions for these at multiple levels from C-level through to functional managers
  • 8+ years' direct experience of consultative or solution selling/digital marketing, in the online advertising or marketing technology industry or equivalent
  • Knowledge of or experience working in or with Auto, Financial Services or Travel Industries
  • Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of and interest in Meta products, technology and online marketing, direct response or performance marketing
  • Experience working as part of a larger international team
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
