Legal and Regulatory Risk Prevention Manager, Global Risk Operations Responsibilities
  • Build strategic relationships with global and cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate risks to the company, develop global solutions across operations and policy.
  • Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to problem solve and develop solutions.
  • Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication.
  • Lead strategic tools, systems, and data projects to help the team analyze trends and delivering insights to define goals and improve processes.
  • Regularly communicate and interface with senior leadership and global executives in crisis management situation.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team.
  • Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on goals by providing superb 1:1 support, and enabling deeper, more scalable solutions.
  • Help shape global team vision and establish team goals and work with direct reports and leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results.
  • 15% travel to various unanticipated locations in the U.S. and internationally.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. 24 months of experience in the job-offered or a closely-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months in each of the following:
  • Analyzing market trends around safety and policy violations, as well as trends in high-profile escalations we were receiving from our media agencies and seeing reported in the media
  • Delivering insights to partners and leadership around policy gaps, tending violations and areas of opportunity
  • Identifying policy and process gaps leading to the development of improved tooling, processes, and new community standards policies to aid in increased user safety
  • Working on the development of new tooling and processes to increase efficiency and capture data insights to be used for reporting, as well as highlighting gaps in existing policies and processes
  • Developing strategies and processes around the handling of high-profile PR and safety escalations
  • Working on strategies pertaining to policy development and launches in order of prioritization and need
