Facebook's Privacy Review Program team is looking for a Privacy Review Operations Manager to support the Privacy Review program with a goal of managing ongoing compliance, assessment and program upkeep. This is a high impact role within Meta’s privacy organization that will have visibility across the organization. In this role, you'll work with product and privacy program managers to monitor, assess and maintain and uphold privacy program expectations. You will ensure that our program functions as intended and is updated when needed to keep up with industry changes.
Operations Program Manager, Privacy Review Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate Privacy Program Requirements against current practices and requirements
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the privacy review program
  • Support creation and management of proper documentation as it relates to internal and external audit feedback
  • Synthesize information collected to identify and consolidate lessons learned
  • Prepare reporting and communications to drive recommendations to enhance the Privacy Review program
  • Collaborate with partners in product, data science, data engineering, legal or privacy product to develop improvements to tooling, program experience and monitoring
  • Cross-Functional relationship building and partnership
  • Communicating to different types of audiences including: organizational leadership, cross functional partners, and external auditors
  • Identify trends and gaps within the privacy program to drive remediation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field such as finance, legal, policy and business
  • Experience working in audit or quality assurance
  • Experience in privacy, risk compliance or related field in the technology industry
  • Experience with organizing, coordinating, multi-tasking, and process-improvements in a program
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Policy, Political Science, Statistics, Accounting or related field
  • Experience on privacy or technology law, policy, programs, or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at a software or technology company
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
