You will be heading a talented team of silicon engineers working on Computer Visions and Image Signal Processing Technologies. The role requires you to be an expert in accelerator design with strong silicon architecture, low power implementation and methodology background. You will lead the team to closely collaborate with the architecture, reference design teams, firmware and software application team to build IP(s) used in AR/VR products. You must have experience running large teams working in an agile environment.
Silicon Engineering Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead teams working on Computer Vision and/or Image Signal Processing vertical IPs starting from architecture, through design, and design verification, to physical design and system validation.
  • Develop a vision and strategy for delivering IPs across several chips targeted to low power wearable devices.
  • Work with cross-functional leads, including product managers, systems architects, researchers, and software architects, to develop a steady stream of industry leading accelerators aimed at the most impactful AR/VR use cases.
  • Recruit top talent and develop key relationships with design service providers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • MS in EE/CS or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture or implementation of Computer Vision or ISP accelerators.
  • 10+ years track record of successfully delivering SoC’s or accelerator IP’s into mass production.
  • 5+ years track record of leadership (team and project management, demonstrated experience scaling up your team, working across large organizations).
