Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine how to prioritize optimization efforts
  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products
  • Partner with regional teams to assess the effectiveness of scaled solutions supporting Meta’s global user base
  • Use problem solving skills to identify and resolve large and complex business problems
  • Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products, and policies
  • Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted - remote worker benefit
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Development Practice, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
  • Working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, or Project Management environment
  • Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams
  • Leading process improvement projects across a cross-functional landscape
  • Conducting business process analysis
