Meta is looking for a strategic, results-driven and people-driven Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) for the Creator Partnerships team in Indonesia. Meta’s Creator Partnerships team partners with the world’s biggest and most exciting creators on high profile content and product opportunities. We are looking for someone who can champion strategy and growth for our creator partners around Facebook and Instagram products, tools, and services. This role will manage creator partnerships across our key creator segments that include diverse voices, backgrounds and creative fields. The segments will include public figures, digital first creators, music artists, athletes, and emerging creators from different genres across Indonesia. Besides working with external partners, this role is highly cross-functional, you will lead relationships with internal teams in market and globally to advocate for partner needs and deliver value to external partners. This role is key to helping unlock growth with our partners through strategic market development, exciting creator led programs, new product solutions and curating best in class partner relationships across the industry and the country. This job requires high levels of creativity and problem-solving abilities, and we are looking for someone who can think strategically, articulate their vision yet also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This person will be comfortable in any room to educate, advocate and excite internal and external stakeholders. This full-time position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and reports to South East Asia & Emerging Market, Creator Partnerships, Director.
Strategic Partner Manager, Creator Partnerships, Indonesia Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of creator accounts and maintain strong relationships with key creators in the fashion, lifestyle, music, entertainment, and sports industries.
  • Be the primary point of contact and work with internal cross-functional teams towards partner’s performance goals : watch hours, monetisation, engagement, and business growth.
  • Drive strategy, implementation, programs, and optimisation of Meta technology (Facebook and Instagram) for managed partners.
  • Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to drive the team’s strategic approach as they relate to partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with creators to develop innovative and high impact social integrations, and lead operational management of partnership projects and drive adoption for key product launches.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Meta is taking creators’ input into account with relevant product and policy decisions.
  • Support day-to-day operations, prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance for creators.
  • Represent Meta in external partner meetings, industry events, and forums.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Business Fluency in English.
  • 7+ years of experience working in the entertainment / digital industry.
  • Experience with new business development, building long-term partnerships, and partner management in Indonesia.
  • Solid track record of executing scalable strategies around digital engagement and video.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadline.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Meta.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, problem solving, and influencing skills.
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment who is able to pivot as necessary, according to goals and objectives.

  • Understand and enjoy the complexities of the traditional and new entertainment industries.
  • Network and connection with Indonesia creators and its ecosystem.
  • On top of trends and deep understanding on content consumption in Indonesia.
