Software Engineer (Leadership) - Ads Experimentation Responsibilities
  • Use statistics and engineering skills to improve our experimentation platform (industry expert)
  • Apply domain understanding to enable 1600+ MAU and make decisions about launches more efficiently (industry expert)
  • Help mentor and grow senior ICs on the team (highly proficient)
  • Work with huge data sets to make objective decisions about projects and experiments (industry expert)
  • Apply the latest research to Meta's ABTest platform in order to deliver sustained industry leadership
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in Maths/Statistics/Python/Data Analysis across huge datasets
  • Experience leading projects with industry-wide impact
  • Vast experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions
  • Significant experience in mentoring/influencing senior engineers across organizations
  • Proven track record of planning multi-year roadmaps in which shorter-term projects ladder to the long-term vision
  • Experience in driving large cross-functional/industry-wide engineering efforts
  • BSc in Computer Science or related technical field

  • Machine Learning experience
  • MSc/PhD in Maths/Statistics
