The Recruiting Product Team's mission is to develop products and technology to identify and hire the most talented people in the world, at Meta scale. After growing to over 60,000+ employees to date, we continue to maintain an extremely high bar for talent and have one of the largest internal recruiting teams in the world. Operating at this scale requires re-thinking the whole recruiting paradigm and shipping unique products, both internally and externally.
Manager, Product Management - Recruiting Products Responsibilities
  • Lead a team through the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products.
  • Build, manage and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers.
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution.
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in product management and/or product design.
  • 6+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
  • 4+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership.
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a consumer focused technology company.
  • Experience building "0-1" products, platforms or ecosystem products.
