This position will be focused on identifying strategic opportunities, driving operational excellence, and influencing cross-functional partners in Meta’s Infrastructure organization. Success in this position requires strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, the ability to influence business leaders and communicate strategic recommendations effectively, and an exceptional ability to align stakeholders results in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate in this role will thrive driving data analysis, optimizing existing processes, leading strategic resource decisions, and owning the execution of business-critical workflows across multiple teams and regions. They should be self-starting and able to architect processes and strategic business decisions in a fast-paced environment while also being able to communicate to leadership effectively.
Business Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of training programs which resolve critical business needs.
  • Drive operational excellence into the organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes.
  • Identify the spaces for proliferation of programs to teams outside of the immediate organization and drive the expansion while maintaining a high level of excellence.
  • Drive internal initiatives and ensure progress on priority workstreams, building decision-making frameworks and deliverables both within and across organizations.
  • Manage and develop internal messaging.
  • Lead projects to optimize organizational health, scale the organization and build team culture.
  • Foster relationships and work with cross-functional partners to understand their needs and ideas on how to better collaborate.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience with program management, strategy, management consulting or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Strategy, Finance, Communications, Engineering and/or Computer Science/Statistics.
  • Experience developing and leading training programs to resolve identified critical business needs and presenting to groups of people while in person or in a virtual environment.
  • Experience working at large-scale companies directly with management as well as people at all levels.
  • Experience with building presentations in Keynote, Slides, and/or PowerPoint and compiling briefing materials.
