Technical IDC Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Define, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains.
  • Accountable for identifying and overcoming end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains across client and/or server infrastructure.
  • Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadership.
  • Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly crossfunctional area.
  • Responsible for defining and delivering on technical requirements that solve people or product problems, platform or infra requirements in conjunction with partners.
  • Define and own what success looks like, metrics & measurement, rollout, and scalable and sustainable operational plan.
  • Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations.
  • Identify and improve inefficiencies in how we operate to move faster with higher quality outcomes.
  • Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the US.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 24 months of experience in job offered or related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following
  • 1. Technical product or program management
  • 2. Software engineering, systems engineering, or hardware engineering
  • 3.Evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes with functional or technical solutions
  • 4. Working across organizations to drive business decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 5. Program Analytics analysis including ambiguous problem-solving and negotiation
  • 6. Planning, deploying, or operation of cloud infrastructure technology
  • 7. Delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations or engineering spaces.

$150,983/year to $174,900/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
