Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Work in within the Business Integrity team to ensure safe and trusted connections between people, businesses, and Meta Platforms.
  • Anticipate and predict potential threats to the platform, design and build tools to protect against these threats, and then implement and enforce these systems at scale.
  • Leverage data analysis, machine learning, and Meta’s robust infrastructure to review, inform, and uphold the quality of promoted content.
  • Identify areas where we need to improve our processes across the team and partner within and outside the team to forecast and plan staffing models to support top priorities.
  • Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics and leverage data-informed insights to drive new products and initiatives.
  • Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals.
  • Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.permitted
Minimum Qualifications
  • Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Sciences, Information Systems or related field followed by 48 months of work experience in job offered or in an analyst-related occupation. Experience must include 48 months of experience in the following:
  • Data Analysis using Scuba, Unidash, Daiquery or other proprietary tools
  • Relational databases and SQL
  • Building, analyzing and debugging dashboards
  • Building and scaling workflows based on data and insights
  • Data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau or Sisense)

$179,709/year to $192,170/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
