Business Equity Programs Lead

Business Equity Programs Lead
We are seeking an inspirational, strategic, operational and collaborative leader to lead Meta’s efforts to achieve equitable outcomes for underrepresented and historically-underserved communities through our business practices, activities, and partnerships. This person will lead the Business Equity programs team, which spans a wide remit including increasing our pipeline of business partners receiving scaled outreach and support, improving representation of business partners supported by our managed partnership organizations and other resources (including financial investment), and ensuring these programs and activities achieve equitable business outcomes for target partners and the historically-underserved communities they serve spanning multiple industries that Meta supports – including advertising, creators, media and more. In addition, this person will lead Meta’s Business Equity cross-functional operations, supporting equity-related efforts across the full range of the Meta Business Group (MBG) and other external-facing functions of the company, and represent all “business equity” activities in cross-company Equity priorities and initiatives, in close partnership with leadership from Product, Policy, DEI, Civil Rights, Marketing and Communications leadership.
