Global Strategy and Planning Lead, SBG Responsibilities
  • Drive streamlined and efficient business processes including customer segmentation and needs identification, market and vertical prioritization and multi-channel go to market strategy.
  • Provide timely insights to guide business performance.
  • Part of core working team that designed new goaling framework to align outsourced vendors to Small Business Group priorities.
  • Manage global initiatives whilst working with the regional teams and also drive alignment and develop projects at the regional level that have potential to scale at a global level.
  • Improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and create improved processes and approaches to the business.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and be able to establish resources to help solve complex interdisciplinary problems.
  • Establish business partnerships with key regional and global Directors.
  • Lead design and implementation of global strategic company-wide cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Design and execute standard cadence of operations and communication.
  • Support company-wide cross-functional teams with planning and operational deliverables such as annual planning and business reviews.
  • Set appropriate KPIs and track performance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Requires 36 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Requires 36 months of experience in the following:
  • 1. Strategic business planning and problem solving
  • 2. Strategic insights
  • 3. Data gathering and analysis
  • 4. Financial accounting, analysis and modelling
  • 5. Project Management
  • 6. Onmichannel sales strategy
  • 7. Customer centricity strategy and execution
  • 8. Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • 9. Brand and customer loyalty
  • 10. Budget building and allocation and
  • 11. KPI dashboards.

$215,372/year to $247,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
