Creators build vibrant communities and create an incredibly diverse set of content across Facebook App -- from video to live conversation to long form. Our goal is to support the full range of human expression, and to be the best platform for millions of creators to grow their following, build community, and make a living. This focus of this role is to support a team of Product Marketers on determining how we build products to improve the experience of and outcomes seen by Creators, particularly News Creators, on Facebook. These roles will both drive market requirements into product planning to iterate on our existing product set while also building a roadmap for new bets we can pursue.
Product Marketing Lead, Creator Content Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Marketers responsible for driving product strategy by bridging short-term execution (what do we build now) and long-term vision (where do we have opportunities to unlock value in the future)
  • Identify opportunities and represent the market perspective to Product & Engineering
  • Manage the team to drive other key initiatives around analyzing product performance, synthesizing customer feedback, advocating for product improvements, managing alpha/beta testing, and development product segmentation and positioning
  • Partner with the Product Management, Media Partnerships, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Communications and other key teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience with 5+ years experience working in a product marketing, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements)
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a consumer or business focused technology company
  • Strategy experience across advertising or entertainment industries
  • Media or entertainment experiences, including understanding of trends, competitive dynamics and other factors impacting content creators
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills
  • MBA
