The Finance & Business Planning team manages Meta's entire budget of revenue and expense. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within Meta and within related industries. The team is seeking a strategic, driven and analytical Finance professional to lead coverage of the Brand, Reality Labs, Creative, Insights, and Decision Science & Ops Marketing Finance Team. This is a people manager role within Finance directly working with Marketing leaders. This role is cross-functional and partner facing, involving coordination across a number of groups within Meta. This role will challenge you to both understand and contribute to many facets of a rapidly growing business, including investment planning, sales forecasting, analytics, and strategic decision support. You should have a bias toward action and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast. You will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility and interaction with business partners as well as considerable opportunity to have a large impact within a growing Finance organization. You will be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment.
Finance Manager, Marketing Responsibilities
  • Create business partnerships with Brand, Reality Labs, Creative, Insights, and Decision Science & Ops Marketing and their leadership
  • Provide financial support across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Marketing Finance
  • Build analyses to drive investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend
  • Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence decision makers to allocate marketing spend more effectively
  • Help business partners gain key insights into spend, particularly Media and other Marketing spend, through analyses and reporting
  • Help define and implement scalable financial processes to make the business more efficient
  • Drive process improvements and enhance current tools/systems related to finance
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy consulting, investment banking, or business operations, or finance
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • BA/BS in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent
  • Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to leadership
  • Experience partnering, working with, and presenting to leadership
  • Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning
  • Experience with building financial models in Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of marketing areas or similar
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials, Tableau
  • Experience working in the marketing industry
