  • Define guidelines and best practices to serve accessibility needs at scale amongst cross-functional teams
  • Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists
  • Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality
  • Present designs, prototypes and concepts to cross functional partners and stakeholders
  • Lead and contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams

  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, research and data to drive decision making
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration
  • Examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment such as taking on mentorship opportunities
