Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Applications Responsibilities
  • Provide technical program management guidance, with a focus on HR Data standardization/usability exploration by unifying the definition of data components and centralizing concepts
  • Lead technical projects concerning Workday backdated data reflection by providing transaction-based extraction (TARDIS) detailing data entered into the system, effective dates for transactions, respond to changes to previously posted transactions, process rescinds and also registers the reason for such transactions
  • Manage Enterprise Learning data standardization and visualization
  • Provide hands-on management of the entire product/program lifecycle, from the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of company products and projects
  • Move internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet company growth goals
  • Prioritize products and projects based on impact level and leverage data to drive prioritization decisions
  • Foster a culture of data driven decision-making throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Map dependencies and relationship between products, projects, and technologies throughout stages of product modification and upgrades
  • Identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve cross-team issues
  • Create better and more efficient workflows
  • Establish excellent working relations with all partners with an emphasis on maximizing team members’ potential, providing day-to-day coordination, and quality assurance for products, projects, and tasks
  • In connection with the above duties, apply knowledge and/or skills of: leading cross functional strategic initiatives
  • System and enterprise architecture
  • Amazon Web Services Cloud, APIs and Web Services
  • Risk management including risk identification and mitigation
  • Cross functional Dependency management
  • Agile methodologies and tools including JIRA
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Developing workflows and flowcharts using Lucid Chart and Visio
  • User adoption including Google Analytics, and Amplitude
  • Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study and 24 months of experience in the job offered or alternate occupation of (all levels accepted): Mgr, Technical Program Mgr, Program Mgr, Programmer Analyst, System Analyst, IT Analyst, or computer-related occupation. 24 months of experience in each of the following:
  • Leading cross functional strategic initiatives
  • System and enterprise architecture
  • Amazon Web Services Cloud, APIs and Web Services
  • Risk management including risk identification and mitigation
  • Cross functional Dependency management
  • Agile methodologies and tools including JIRA
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Developing workflows and flowcharts using Lucid Chart and Visio
  • User adoption including Google Analytics, and Amplitude
