Beat Games is proudly a part of the Reality Labs organization at Meta. We have big plans for our game and we are seeking a seasoned producer to join our studio in Prague, Czech Republic to help take Beat Saber to the next level. Our award-winning game studio is responsible for VR’s biggest title, Beat Saber. Our game has sold over 4 million copies to date and we’ve collaborated with some of the biggest names in music such as Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, and BTS. This is a key role in building the future of VR games and entertainment with the Beat Games team. We are a growing team of leaders in the VR industry at the cutting edge of where music and games come together. This role will help deliver new features, services, and improvements to Beat Saber across multiple VR platforms. Interested candidates should be comfortable working under tight deadlines, have excellent organizational and time management skills, have a solid understanding of the game development process, and can easily adapt to shifting priorities.
Producer - Beat Games Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end production of development projects, including music packs and game features.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources
  • establish and facilitate production pipelines to ensure the successful delivery and risk tolerance of projects.
  • Own milestone and sprint planning, retrospectives, and art/design/development approval processes to drive high quality results.
  • Maintaining an overview of the state of projects within the studio and keeping the management team informed.
  • Encourage & participate in open communication within the development team, ensuring outcomes are well-documented and surfaced.
  • Work with the QA team to ensure coverage of new features and content as they become ready for testing.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to help guide key project decisions through presentation of live game metrics.
  • Comfortable raising risks to senior management.
  • Contribute to a positive and constructive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+years of proven experience in a Game Production role or similar.
  • Minimum of two AAA shipped titles.
  • Knowledge and practical application of project management tools used by development teams such as JIRA or Confluence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills sharing feature updates as an embedded team producer.
  • Mature game development life cycle knowledge that can identify and mitigate production risks within the Studio.
  • Experience working on a released live game - working maintaining a frequent release cadence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Analytical skills and experience with data-driven product design and decision-making.
  • Experience with co-development amongst internal and external development teams.
  • Ability to manage and support multiple game feature projects simultaneously within the Studio.
  • Passion for gaming and for keeping up to date with the current best practices in the industry.
