We are looking for a talented, motivated leader for Risk Management team within Enterprise Products. You will be responsible for leading teams of enterprise engineers that solve critical business problems in collaboration with user researchers, product design, product managers, data scientists, ML engineers to deploy solutions that scale and meet Meta’s growing product and business needs.
Enterprise Engineering Manager Responsibilities
  • Understand technical architectures, capacity management, tooling needs, automation plans, product launch plans, and other issues and create comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges.
  • Work closely with dedicated recruiting staff to expand the team, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, participating in conferences/events, and onboarding new employees.
  • Lead a team of engineers and product managers in the ideation and technical development of innovative enterprise software to streamline and automate critical business processes.
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for Enterprise software product development.
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies. Manage business expectations, resolve conflicts, and keep businesses aligned.
  • Develop and drive execution on 6 month and 1 year road maps.
  • Establish a metrics based organization, develop key operational metrics and push for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in building Enterprise software.
  • 5+ years of people management experience in a technology company.
  • Experience managing multiple engineering teams including hiring/termination and performance management.
  • Experience with coding in at least one language such as Java, PHP, Python, or C++.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/technical field or degree level commercial experience
  • Experience developing Financial Application products (i.e. Order Management, Spend Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Revenue Management, Collections, Customer Relationship Management, E-commerce)
