We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive Meta's strategic objectives within Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management. This role involves supply chain systems, advanced data modeling and business intelligence, providing critical insights for decision-making across product life cycles. You will also be instrumental in leading multiple cross-org strategic initiatives that have the highest visibility within RL Devices
Business Operations Manager, Strategic Sourcing Responsibilities
  • Define, communicate and align the architectural vision for supply chain system applications.
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering and analytics team and external vendors to build best-in-class supply chain processes and systems
  • Build interim solutions, proof of concept working models to achieve short-term critical business objectives
  • Provide on-going and ad-hoc insightful, timely and reliable business intelligence to support critical decision. Champion the data-driven culture within RL Sourcing
  • Drive multiple cross-org strategic initiatives focus on efficiency and operational excellence, sponsored by leadership
  • Be the strategic and trusted advisor to Sourcing leadership - this position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Continue to identify critical areas to improve with a focus on operational efficiency at scale
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experiences in supply chain or strategic sourcing
  • Experience in data analytics, data visualization and scenario based analysis
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience in leading large scale supply chain, operations systems design and implementation
  • Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • MBA and/or advanced engineering degree
  • Experience working with people at all levels
  • Experience in database systems and web application development,
  • Experience distilling themes from complexity and develop logical frameworks
  • Experience shifting priorities quickly and act proactively
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry

$144,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
