Meta is seeking an Executive Support Manager to lead our rapidly evolving services within Enterprise Engineering. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have experience in enterprise support as well as excellent interpersonal skills and expertise across the IT stack in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
Executive Support Manager Responsibilities
  • Establish the scope and delivery of a customer-focused strategy, approach and product.
  • Define the measurements of success for employees, processes, projects and the organization.
  • Define and manage the organization’s project portfolio, timelines to execute, communication strategies, success metrics and resources needed.
  • Develop new procedures and documentation for application support knowledge management.
  • Support a team of high performers and escalations related to maintaining healthy service quality to executive stakeholders.
  • Drive communication and prioritization with businesses and global teams to ensure consistency in service delivery and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities that drive enhancements to the user experience.
  • Influence change by providing data-driven guidance to management and cross-functional partners.
  • Triangulate technology across the IT stack to improve the customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience delivering user facing support for an enterprise.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams that deliver IT support services.
  • Experience leveraging knowledge of business applications to influence service owner priorities to improve customer efficiency.
  • Experience providing infrastructure solutions for internal customers.
  • Experience with IT change management best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing and driving urgent and/or high-priority concurrent projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical industry work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a global team.
